I started We Own This City and never finished. I think I was tired when I started the first episode and never got into it fully.

Also, just started 1923. After one episode it also is kind of striking how much more I like it/how much better it is than recent Yellowstone.

Laughed a lot more at the first episode of That 90s Show than I thought I would. Though I imagine the older cast (aside from Red and Kitty) won't be in it as much and it'll mostly be the teens.

That 90s Show is fine, it's nothing special. The 90s nostalgia is what's really getting me as I was 15 in the summer of 1995.

The prequels have been phenomenally better than Yellowstone, although Yellowstone S1-S3 still hold up pretty well.

That's my list in order of quality so far in 2023.

1923 is back in a couple of weeks though, and we know we're getting Succession and Ted Lasso fairly soon as well. Throw in the return of The Mandalorian, Dave, and Yellowjackets, and you've got a lot to be excited for this spring.

I kind of enjoy these lulls.

I finished Normal People last night. Show is incredible and Mescal's performance is outstanding. Dude is going to be a big time actor, especially with his Oscar nom now.

I mean, it's not a beacon of Golden Age television or anything, but it's pretty mindless, albeit ridiculously unbelievable, fun.

Not expecting to see it back for awhile, if at all, following this season given the Renner situation.

yes it is. I definitely feel your pain though. but I would finish it! there are some exceptional payoffs.
