I'm only guessing here, but that's probably due to JT not willing to sign until they got all of the offers in.

The wait goes both ways. It's like this every year now. DJ LeMahieu was only re-signed a couple weeks ago. Harper was a late free agent signing. It's business anymore.

I love watching the Phils. I understand why there is a day in between opening day and the second game but I hate it. So happy to have baseball back on time and I really can't wait to go to a game.

Really great win, clutch hitting and outstanding job by Wheeler and the bullpen.

I know it's super early but I really hope we can rely on this bullpen. If we can, we'll have a chance to win some games

Also, what a wonderful tribute to Doc today, regardless if you think he should have had his number retired in Philly.

I went down there today for Eagles practice, and we got out of the car just as the game ended. The atmosphere outside the stadium as people streamed out was absolutely electric. I was thrilled just to be there, it was the best I've felt at CBP in 10 years! Went to Xfinity Live before the practice and it was such a party atmosphere. Love meaningful baseball!

Braves are 2 games back, and the Mets 2.5. I don't wanna count anyone out yet, but I fee like NY is starting to run out of gas. Braves and Phillies back in a division race? Feels like 2010 all over again!
