I live in Europe, but (un)fortunately in none of the countries listed on the tour they just announced. So, I'm wondering where should I go and see them. So far I have seen the full band twice in Amsterdam and those are the only two concerts I've seen live. I have seen quite a few shows on Youtube, though Thanks Copperpot and MRNYCRISPY
Anyway, ideally I would want to see two shows on subsequent nights. So far my two favorites are London and Portugal, not only because they are first and last, but also because London is where I expect Dave and Tim to put in their best effort, and on the other hand the Portuguese crowd is awesome from what I've seen/heard and I definitely expect a double encore there. Which venues do you think are best? Is it better to see them at the beginning or towards the end of the tour? Judging by this year's US summer tour and 2007's Dave and Tim European tour, I expect high repetitiveness, so I'm worried towards the end Dave and Tim themselves may get a little bored playing the same songs every other night. Also, do you think Dave's voice will hold after 15 shows with very little break in between? And one last thing - do you expect them to repeat many songs in nearby venues, e.g. Lisbon and Porto, Milano and Padua?
It would be interesting to see your thoughts/suggestions.
