There will be drunk idiots like every game, but overall it shouldn't be "wild." I am 35, so past my prime of any of the nasty Wrigleyville bars but I would recommend the following. These are my go tos

Before the game:

Butchers tap (good food and beers, get the cheese curds)
Diagostinos (good pizza)
Vines (giant beer garden, fun chill)
Murphys Bleachers (just to experience it, stay outside and have a couple beers)

After the game:

Bernies back patio (chill and normally not too packed)
Langes - (very divey but always a good time, one of my favorites)
Diagostinos again for pizza

I'm just hitting the Saturday show. Training in from South Bend. Gonna head to Murphs for some pregame beers, take in this shitty Cubs team from the bleachers, then head back to the Loop before the show. First time at this venue so looking forward to it. Will be in the pit, any others wanting to grab a beer at murphs or hang in the bleachers let me know!

Can't stop is the one that will absolutely get an eye roll from me. I still love Jimi Thing and DDTW and I cannot wait to hear Grey Street this year. It sounds amazing + the third verse getting added back. I actually like Why I AM and Seven too but again it's where they are in the set and how the flow goes. There's just no reason to structure a set like this:

Swap Where Are You Going w/ You Never Know, Seven with Joyride, and Shake Me with something like Grey St or Billies. Nothing crazy they haven't already played this yr. Just makes no sense to structure it the way Dave did. Anyways, enough bitching. Jacked for this weekend.

I believe inside but I've never bought merch there before. I'm just picturing the outside of the venue and it's hard to believe they would have the merch out there.

You can see the size of the pit, the lack of slope for the 200s and 306-309, plus the "grandstands" that are 310-314.

It's a little harder to see here, but the lawn is elevated a bit, but the slope is SUPER minimal. It's not a steep lawn.
