no merely pointing out that people on the right who purposely amplified this stuff (which Gunn already acknowledged and apologized for in 2012, and that Marvel had no problem with) because Gunn's been very vocal in his opposition to Trump lately, a good many of them seem to have been very forgiving of actual behavior of this stuff, whereas Gunn just made comments and jokes about it in the past. Nobody with a functioning brain believes he actually exhibited any of this behavior. seems a tad hypocritical that's all.

Nothing about those movies appealed to me at all.

Forced the “look at how quirky we are!” angle way too much down your throat. The jokes/banter too closely resembled Whedon’s Avengers films, which ruined those movies for me. And the first one ended in Andy Dwyer doing a dance off with the bad guy, I mean, come on.
