    they've played 24 shows on NYE since 1989. 4 of them were in florida, all the others were in NYC or MA (and the last in MA was 96)

    its a pretty safe bet to say they're going to MSG. and then you take into account the craziness surrounding florida and covid and i feel like its all but kangfirmed to be MSG

    Ready for Phoenix/San Diego run. Fly into Phoenix VERY early on day of show but plan on finding somewhere to hike before looking for a breakfast place. At some point will hit my favorite brewery in the world, Wrenhouse Brewing and then hit the lots. First Phoenix show in 18 years (07/07/03).

    Also fun fact: The venue that Phish is playing at (Ak Chin) is the place where I saw my very first concert. My dad got us tickets to see Jimmy Buffett in April of 2000. I remember growing up that my dad had this “problem” where he would leave just one CD in his car for months. So I literally knew almost every word to “Feeding Frenzy”, a live Jimmy Buffett album by the time the concert came around. Remember 10 year old me being blown away by the whole experience. I asked my dad what all these people are doing just hanging in the parking lot .

    meh. i live over 200 miles away and its not easy for me to get to more than one NYE run show anyways with 2 young kids at home. i can swoop in the day of, attend a show, and be home early the next afternoon.
