Yes three days ago on the late show with Stephen Colbert, before that 3/26 Verizon livestream

Well, ok, I mean prior to his recent appearances. Should have been more specific. But you're not wrong

All good, going back to work for the first time in a few weeks in the morning and it's in a big office building, mildly terrifying but it's cool. I like windows a lot and this new mastered version is awesome.

Whaaaat. Are you in FL? Have restrictions been lifted or is this just a decision by your employer?

I'm in MA and work for an "essential" company, some (very few) co-workers have kept working there instead of remotely as they have to use our instruments in labs. I have to go in to run a physical inventory audit which I think is beyond idiotic considering I'm significantly upping my chances of getting it for something I feel can be held off or conducted by communicating remotely.

Aw man, stay safe out there! Regardless of whether it's warranted, thanks for being essential

I think he busted out the capo on a few Belly Full and GGT performances in 2014.

I also added in reverb to emphasize the sense of loneliness the song is addressing (also reverb just sounds so damn good). Kind of makes it feel like Dave is actually singing from a window to an empty world. I left the original version up for comparison. I made sure to match the loudness of the mastered version since often times anything that's louder sounds better to our ears. Really proud of how this turned out!

Also here's the link to the artist's Etsy page for the album cover I used. You can buy and download a hires version to print out your own poster!

Exactly what I thought when I first read it. But maybe because it makes me think of "pretty patterns on the wall" from Shotgun, which would have been an awesome (albeit chilling) album title, too.

"Singing From the Windows" was just played again for the earth day live stream. The presenter before dave said "Dave Matthesws playing his brand new song Singing From the Windows" and then the little graphic under Dave said "Singing From the Windows" so I think maybe this is the official title?

I also added in reverb to emphasize the sense of loneliness the song is addressing (also reverb just sounds so damn good). Kind of makes it feel like Dave is actually singing from a window to an empty world. I left the original version up for comparison. I made sure to match the loudness of the mastered version since often times anything that's louder sounds better to our ears. Really proud of how this turned out!

Just now seeing this. Wow, you did a stellar job with the mastering! It's so tastefully done. Thank you very much for your time and effort! Really excellent work!! Super happy to have this!
