With that said, could I get a little help with a specific chord progression on the song. Starts at the 3:07 mark on this AOL Sessions video. Just can't figure it out and thought I'd hit the Jackpot with this video but they cut away from the neck just as he starts.

That (what now seems) simple part drove me nuts! I was trying all the crazy Dave chords trying to figure it out, checking video, web sites, etc. On the plus side I found the outro part that's been played a lot this year so that was cool. Still trying to get the rhythm to this part you showed me. Can't quite nail it yet.

The verse part was a little tricky for me too. So I started with just playing on the top two strings (E open, hammer one between 9/11 on the A). Got the rhythm down then added the D/G strings with the hammer on. Maybe that will help.
