Neither is correct, it's after the order deadline but before the day tickets ship. It's about 2 weeks prior to ship date:

From the ticketing guidelines page:

To modify payment or shipping information during the open request period, click on the red, 'check' link under the PAYMENT/SHIPPING DETAIL header, scroll to the bottom of the page and select MODIFY. There is a short lock-out period during credit card processing. Once credit card processing has finalized, no credit card changes can be made. Once confirmations have been issued, members will have access to make shipping address changes. The deadline for changing shipping addresses will be posted on the Ticket Status page under "ESTIMATED SHIP DATES".

So there is a shipping address deadline, but it's later on well after the close of the ticket order. (didn't see Peter's response, but this is where you find the answer).

Seems like it's hidden during the ordering process. You can make your selection by clicking the Order link for your preferred show, check the priority show checkbox and click the save changes button at the bottom. You do have to select your priority show by the end of the ticketing order period.

Thank-you - I did see this but don't always trust what the warehouse has to say. Thanks though. Sounds like I'll be safe for now.

Just noticed on the original announcement of dates and request period it says will post Sunday evening January 28th. On the announcement of request period being extended it now says confirmations will post Monday January 29th

I am too.

Just went back and read again. Today's announcement says the date confirmations are "issued", Monday January 29. So maybe they post on WH on Sunday and are finalized or "issued" Monday?

The only way I can request 2 tickets is by unchecking the box to opt out of consideration for lawn tickets.

I've emailed them twice, first one last Wednesday and haven't heard anything either. Mine was related to check boxing a premium and requesting regular. Think I got it figured out from here tho.

The last time I e-mailed the Warehouse pointing out that there was something wrong with TICKETING, they put me back on will call as a thank you

I'm having a brain glitch on this one. Is there any benefit to requesting a pair of seats instead of a pair of pits? I know I can easily trade pits for seats if I hit those, so it feels like an extra shot at seats. Does the lottery work in some weird way that if I requested seats from the start, that I'd essentially be having first shots at seats, whereas the people who got declined pits are getting into a second round of draws for seats therefore there's fewer seats available? Maybe I'm overthinking this.

Nah, it doesn't give you any more ping pong balls in the lottery to request seats. They run the pit lottery first, then put everyone who didn't win that into the seats lottery with everyone who just requested seats.

Let's say I request one premium pair for GA Pit and leave the default radio-button selected (process normally), it does a random try for pits. If no pits, then it tries for reserved. That's two opportunities to be confirmed. In addition to premium, let's say I also request a "regular" GA Pit ticket and opt-out of the lawn...there's a random try for the pit and if no pit, then a random try for first reserved, and if no first reserved (lower), then a random try for second reserved (upper). That's three opportunities to be confirmed for the regular request. So for both premium and regular ticket requests, I have five total chances to be confirmed. Am I looking at this the right way? If yes, don't these two requests have more than two chances at getting at least one ticket?
