Now. Cisneros was up at the time I posted, and it happened a couple other times after some back and forth. And it's still razor thin.

The biggest batch of outstanding ballots is from Bexar county, where Cisneros is up by 71%. This will probably be headed towards a recount either way.

Zero effort would probably be an improvement, because they put a lot of effort into maintaining exactly what we have and in many cases making it worse and making guns easier to obtain and easier to kill with.

The United States Supreme Court is expected to rule soon on a case that started in New York state and could affect the ease with which people nationwide are allowed to carry guns in public.

A lawsuit filed by two Rensselaer County men challenges the state’s requirement that gun owners must have a justifiable reason — referred to as “proper cause” — to get a concealed carry permit. Permit applicants must now state why they have a need to carry a gun in public. For example, it could be because they have been threatened or their job places them in danger.

Body armor is for protection. Joe the shop keeper should be able to wear body armor at his liquor store in a shit hole neighborhood if he chooses. Also, have we forgotten 50 Cent? Fashionable.

Make it a tack on felony charge to use body armor in the commission of a crime if you want but regular law abiding citizens should be able to own body armor.

Maybe...and hear me out on this...if America didn't have such a big gun violence problem, Joe the shop keeper wouldn't need body armer.
