I know it's very wishful thinking, but a Missoula stop before the gorge would be incredible. Inside would be a bummer though. They have Grizzly Stadium, but the best place would be Kettlehouse Amphitheater, although it only seats 4k.

Trying to finalize my FL run plans. Based off my source it looks like Jax (Veterans Memorial) will be Tues, July 23. I know the 24 Tampa rumor was retracted But that would only leave 7/25 for Tampa if the 24 doesn’t happen. Tampa is always on a Wed prior to WPB but this tour seems to be distinctly different than what we’ve been used to the last few years. I would imagine though it would look like this:

Jacksonville 7/23
Tampa 7/24
WPB 7/26 & 7/27

EDIT: any chance they’re skipping Tampa?

I dont see any sense of them playing MSG... they did it in the fall so why would they go back during the summer? Not typical of them to do something like that but who knows

I was thinking earlier that it might be that they're a part of a benefit concert or something. That would make the most sense in my mind

I don't see them skipping Tampa. Mainly because it's literally right on the way down to WPB. They could easily do a 2 night Jax/Tampa back to back then have a day off between Tampa and WPB. Even though it's not a "high demand" venue it's still pretty packed every summer there in Tampa.

That’s what I was thinking too. Just haven’t seen anything on Tampa yet & since they’re skipping some other traditional stops from the way it looks just thought I’d throw it out there.

Great venue actually and a nice change from the arena shows they tend to play there.

It's funny, because in the 90s, DMB alternated between Portland Meadows and the Rose Garden. Meadows is outdoors and would get very muddy when it rained, so I think they decided in 2000 that they should always play indoors at the Garden or not play Portland at all. Last time they were here was in summer 2003, on a nice sunny day. Needless to say, the band was not thrilled about having to play indoors... they haven't been back since.

With Blossom/Burgettstown being left off the tour so far and me being from Canton my first thought was MAYBE the guys play the Hall of Fame Concert for Legends at Benson Stadium...concert is on Sunday August 4 this year... probably a .001% of a chance of this happening but I can hope till the schedule comes out, lol.

They still play Jones Beach every year in spite of it raining EVERY bleepin' time and the ocean backing into the pit on multiple occasions, even though there are other venues in the arena for them to consider now. It ain't the weather.

That would be awesome. I live in North Canton so just a 10 minute drive. Nice to see a fellow Canton resident on the forums!

It's not as crazy as it sounds. Last year we got Metallica and Imagine Dragons and both shows sold out. Would be exciting.

If you unload your tickets right when the public onsale happens you're fine. I've never been stuck with uppers and that's all the WH gives me on my '14 account.

I'll usually get lowers in the Woodlands, but WH gives me uppers for basically every other show I request.

I didn't go in 2016 and got a text from a friend at about 7pm about how beautiful the weather was for the tailgate. As I'm sure you know, it ended up monsooning out of nowhere in the middle of the show, and we had a laugh about that text the next day.

(I WAS at that Bristow show... luckily enough I made the pit just before the heavens opened up. Between the security boondoggle and the inflexibility on the curfew, I won't be going back.)
