Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it's some sort of awesome setlist, with a couple of rarities that people have been waiting years and years for. Just as an FU to those who didn't buy tickets, and a reward for those who did.

Still horrendous. Closing upper deck won’t help much as it’s mostly unsold up there too. High ticket prices didn’t help. $200 for a mid grade seat was just too much imo. Many of the best seats at like $400+ as platinum - what a joke.

We are 2 weeks away from this show. I doubt they're going to cancel at this point, they would have by now. Surely they knew this was going to happen. The 2020 show that never was looked similar to this in terms of unsold tickets. I'm not sure why they scheduled this show to begin with. But now that it's coming and tickets have been sold, WHY aren't they slashing prices and doing whatever they can to sell enough tickets to at least fill the floor and the lower bowl?

Anybody who bought upper level tickets will be moved down to the lower level, no question. This is truly shocking, and will be one of their worst attended shows ever.

I actually ordered the cheapest upper WH ticket with expectations of a largely empty house. Would likely have been cheaper through TM but I wanted the cheap WH ticket to remember my ticket purchase strategy. Quite frankly I would rather see a packed house. Sad.

Looks to me that they are trying to blow out heavily discounted tickets to this show through the back door via secondary ticket reseller sites like Stubhub. Tons of available cheap tickets.

Yeah, this entire tour is peculiar. They've mostly booked markets where DMB hasn't sold well in decades (e.g., Vancouver, Utah, Nebraska, Minnesota). It would be interesting to know what their rationale was for booking these cities instead of places where they would surely move more tickets and make more money.

If I knew of ppl that might want to come, I'd buy a bunch of the $40 tickets on Stubhub, with the assumption they'll be moved to the lower bowl.

I've had several concerts cancel on the day-of this year. So I wouldn't be shocked if that happens, even last minute. You think DMB will play to an arena that holds 20,000 ppl with only 4,000 in attendance?

I feel like there were a few shows here and there that had very small crowds over the years. Wichita, Oklahoma City, Little Rock in 2016 for example. At least one of those had less than 5,000 tickets sold.

It's a paid rehearsal for DMB, really.

If they are there already, Yes, they play. Why would they get all that gear through customs and then decide to refund 4000 tickets instead of playing?

The funniest thing I see is there are 4 Resale tickets in the 1st Seated Row behind GA Pit with a price of $1,070 Canadian $. The half of the entire row of seats directly behind those in Row 2 are at $161 Canadian Face Value.

It’s also the first show of a tour and past history suggests stronger setlists on tour opening shows.

I also don’t expect there will end up being any upper level seating at the show despite the fact that some/few uppers have been sold (including to me: I saw this coming!).

1. Demographics. DMB largely unknown in Vancouver.
2. IMHO DMB have always had a mainly NE USA following with a hardcore group that do multiple shows each tour that skew ability to gage individual markets. Can’t figure out why there is only one east coast stop on this years Fall Tour??

I have no recollection of any show canceled on account of poor ticket sales. I don’t expect this show to be cancelled but do expect them to close off the upper level and reassign those holding upper seats to the lowers.

For anyone still looking tickets don’t by off the TM site. They are blowing tickets out the backdoor through Stubhub etc for much reduced prices including Pit tickets!
