You may want to reconsider. At Hollywood Bowl, Dave put a sunflower hat and glasses on for Sledgehammer and it was so awesome. The crowd was going crazy and the energy was palpable. Really a can’t miss DMB 2022 moment.

I think what's always bothered me about the greater DMB crowd is that a lot of people just aren't willing to enjoy the catalog at a show. Everyone wants to hear DMB bring down the house and have every song be a banger.

At this point, I'd love to see DMB in a quiet theatre and let them play whatever they want from the catalog that they might deem to quiet for the traditional DMB fan. I don't want to rate their songs like it's a baseball game, I just want to sit back and enjoy a lovely show from one of my favorite bands.

That's just the long way of me saying I like Proudest Monkey a lot.

I've always LOVED PM and PFWYG. The nosebleed WH section 30 ticket holders seemed to all love hearing PM & PFWYG N@ @SPAC this year. It was the 1st time we got to hear PM live in our 28 yrs of seeing DMB and our 2nd PFWYG since the Palace Theater in Albany in '95. Two songs I've always loved and would gladly take at any show.

That really sounds like something, glad you enjoyed it. I have to admit I had to read this a few times because I'm not sure it isn't satire.
I think I would have been much more excited to hear pfwyg, I've only caught it three times, as the post below indicated, I think that's more my speed these days.

Oh okay, I figured it had to be lol. I didn't want to say anything incase it wasn't and that really was a highlight for someone. Did that actually happen though, it just sounds so bizarre? It might be one of the funniest things I've read on this site.
