Totally jumping in here, but I always liked Crash because I felt the songs actually carried some energy like the songs do live (except Tripping Billies), unlike UTTAD. Ants, Warehouse, Dancing Nancies, Rhyme and Reason, and Jimi Thing just didn't work well on the album IMO. Although I loved BOWA, Typical, WWYS, #34 and Pay For What You Get.
Full disclosure though, I heard Red Rocks before UTTAD, so I feel like that played into it a bit for me.
I've always thought Two Step, Two Much, DIDO, #41, LIOG, Cry Freedom, Crash, Say Goodbye all sound fantastic on the album. Not arguing, just throwing in my opinion.
