First and only time it’s been done with buddy. Will be interested to check it out. At least the warehouse this year some of these songs are good buddy songs that haven’t been on any live releases (ie grace and apparently mercy)

I second this. I'm not for doing anything illegal with music, but it's horrible how the stupid Warehouse is doing this. I have to wait until October as well. Last year I bought it on ebay and then resold it when I got my copy. So stupid. The fact we are all getting this anyway, we shouldn't have to wait when others have it.

why should you get it before you renew your membership? I'm failing to see how the Warehouse is wronging anyone that joined/renews late in the year and I feel like Hilly making these posts and don't like it

This is totally fair for you to say and I should have elaborated. I’m a 20 year consecutive Warehouse member. I joined in September of 2000 because i was old enough to get a credit card. Ha! Wish I could have picked January of that year because I didn’t know in 2018 they would change it. For 18 years I received the annual package in March of almost each year. Now I have to wait until October. Not by choice but because I joined in September of 2000. Now I’m kind of punished because of the month I joined. Do you see my point now? It’s not the fault of other warehouse members. I’m frustrated with the change and having to wait is all.

for 18 years you received your membership package in March because you renewed in September, so you actually had to wait 6 months after renewing to get anything. Now you get it the next month, so your wait is actually shorter. The first year they did this, everyone got their packages from renewing the year before and then got their current year package as they renewed.

No, it’s not for the following year. I renewed in September of 2019 for 2020 so I won’t get my package until October of 2020. Whereas before it would be march of 2020. This happened last year for the first time. The year before I received in March. My wait got significantly longer. 7 months longer. Ill renew my membership again in September for 2021 before i get the 2020 package.

The 2020 package will include either the Warehouse 7 Vol 9, or Warehouse 10 Vol 9 CD and a Warehouse bottle opener keychain. We are excited to offer Warehouse members a digital version of the Warehouse CD for the first time. You will be asked to choose between a CD or download when you renew your membership in 2020.

The way it has always worked is that if you sign-up/renew during a calendar year you get the package from that calendar year, regardless of the new or old shipping dates.

The old shipping method was that for anyone who signed-up/renewed for that year, they would receive the warehouse package for that year the following March. Using 2018 as an example, if you signed-up or renewed in Sept 2018 you would receive the 2018 package in March 2019.

Using the new shipping method you receive the current years package the month following your sign-up/renewal. Again using 2018 as the example if you signed-up in Sept 2018 you got the 2018 package in Oct 2018.

So under the new method everyone is receiving the package earlier.

When you renewed in Sept 2019 you received the 2019 package (WH 10 Vol 8) in Oct 2019. To get the 2020 package (WH 10 Vol 9…the one this thread is discussing) you need to renew in Sept 2020 and will receive it in Oct 2020. Ah..Okay, I see what you're saying now. It's for the calender year, but I'm still getting screwed. There has to be another late year renewal long term Warehouse member here who see's what I'm trying to say. I may be getting it earlier on paper, but I'm getting it 7 months later from what i received in the past. I used to receive the package in March every year up until 2018. Everyone in the warehouse did for the most part. It's the way the changed it with the wording. If I was receiving the previous years package in March, the next year's track listing would be announced before I received the year before. That's never happened. I understand what you're saying but something is off in the way I'm getting my package. I'm not trying to argue with anyone, I'm just trying to make you understand that I am waiting longer than I have before for this years package. If they kept it the same, I wouldn't be waiting on last year's 2019 package, I would have received that last March.

Same. I apparently have to wait til december for a disc that came out in february/march. I don't get why they changed the process of releasing this, I used to get this in like May/June every year... really makes no sense at all so if someone wants to hook me up with it that would be cool

I got an error on the store page and closed my browser tab. Now when I go back, it doesn't include the discount. I have an e-mail into customer service to see how to fix it.

anybody having trouble with the disc? JTR and Grace is gone won't play or input in iTunes. This happened with last years disc too, but i got it to work after some time. This isn't working. Any ideas?

Based on the webcast pulls alone, grace is gone should get more play by the current band. Timmy doing slide and buddy playing piano works awesome for this here tune, so glad there’s an official release.
