It's actually shocking to me how many of you guys don't really seem too high on AEW. The product is so much better it's not even funny. They are doing pro wrestling done correctly.

I don’t really get it either. I pretty much quit watching WWE regularly a couple of years ago. I still am aware of a lot of the storylines and will read recaps just to see what’s going on, but in terms of taking time out of my week to watch the product, those days are gone.

Omega and Jericho’s match at the Tokyo Dome is what really made me take notice of New Japan and start following a promotion other than WWE, and then when AEW started, even though they weren’t anything close to perfect, I felt like there was so much potential. Fast forward to now, and not only is AEW as a whole light years ahead of WWE in my eyes, but it’s taken someone in my wife that used to think pro wrestling was the stupidest thing ever and made her look forward to watching each week. I think that’s pretty cool.

I’ve been to Wrestlemanias, and being in Chicago a few weeks ago at All Out was unlike anything I ever experienced at a Wrestlemania.

If people prefer WWE, that’s totally their prerogative and I’m glad they have something they enjoy; that particular product has just simply left me behind.

I watched the first hour of Dynamite last night after hearing all the chatter in here and it was quite good. I went to bed after the first hour, but I set it up on my DVR so I can start keeping up more. Is their Friday show worth keeping up with as well, or is Dynamite the A show?

I watched the Omega/Bryan match and honestly was bored through a lot of it. They fucked up a time limit draw too, but that’s whatever. Omega is such a shit wrestler, it’s kind of amazing. His storytelling is meta garbage.

Rampage, per some fans is sometimes a better show than Dynamite.

The 6 man and Punk/Hobbs match tonight has already been taped and is supposed to really good stuff.

Reigns and Balor are both so incredible good at this sports entertainment/pro wrestling thing. A little too much goofy overbooked nonsense at the end for my taste, but not enough to spoil what had been a fantastic match. Everything up to Roman spearing Finn through the barricade was about as perfect an X-rules match as you can get.

Got the pleasure of attending AEW last night in Boston. Second row seats (closest I've ever been). Awesome to share the excitement with the crowd last night.

Spoke with one of the security guys for AEW and he was incredibly cool and funny. Made some Ghostbusters jokes and he let us know that Hangman Page was the Stay Puft costume. Sting and Darby Allen were standing right next to me and I got to see Jon Moxley destroy some fans chest when he ripped the barricade open. Totally worth it all.

Surprisingly, not a terrible venue for wrestling. It's obviously smaller than TD Garden and slightly smaller than Dunkin Center, but for that reason I enjoy it there. A bit more of an intimate experience, with the big stage feel still. I'd kill for a couple concerts there.

yeah Dave & Tim would be cool there. I saw them at UMASS-Amherst years ago and had a blast.

Yeah, Jax can go away and not come back and that'd be great.

Keith Lee getting cut hurts, but I would think he'd find an easy home at AEW and be way over with the crowd. I saw him live at an NXT house show in Dec 2019, my best friend got to hug him, and he was incredible in person. I'm a huge fan and cutting him seems like a gigantic mistake for WWE.

I’m probably wrong, but these cuts just scream to me like they are getting ready to sell to the highest bidder. Not like next week or anything, but within the next couple of years I could see it happening.

Also with AEW’s roster as bloated as it is already considering they only have 3 hours of tv a week, the only names I think they should go after are Keith Lee (absolute no brainer) and Ember Moon to give the women’s division more depth. They’re improving but many in that division are still incredibly green.

Can’t believe they let Nia go. Figured she was untouchable.

A lot of people are speculating WWE is for sale. May not be a terrible thing. Maybe then Triple H could be appointed a higher-ranking position for show production and steers it back in the right direction.

Work rate for the main event was probably closer to 4.25-4.5 / 5 but the culmination of Hangman’s arc and how much the moment meant to me personally as a fan, I went the full 5 for it. Just perfect execution in my opinion and a beautiful professional wrestling moment.
