You missed my example completely, I was speaking of accidental pregnancies where a condom breaks, an iud fails, etc, etc and the mother to be decides on her own to go through with having a kid regardless of the fathers wishes. How is this not sexist as hell that men have no sey?

because the men aren’t the ones carrying the child, it’s the woman’s decision to make.

once the child is born, in individual cases, custody, child payments (if any) by the father, and assistance from the state (if any) are all figured out on that case by case basis, as they should be.

but i fail to see the endgame you’re positioning for in this post? “mother decides on her own to go through with having a kid regardless of the fathers wishes”. so the father wishes the mother would terminate the pregnancy, she wants to keep it, now what? what are you advocating for? or are you just decrying “reverse sexism, life isn’t fair for men in this one regard”?

Come on man, we were all 16 once and most of us had sex - we damn well knew the consequences of not being safe and we sure as shit knew the laws - well, most people at 16 do since roe is in the news every 12 hours since it was made into law. As for a female not knowing they are pregnant - every single female friend I have knows you can go to the local pharmacy and get a test kit to see if you are pregnant and they would sure as hell want to know if they had an accidental mistake like a broken condom. My point is how sexist the system is that the woman has sole control of whether a child is born. As for a woman carrying the child, no offense but cry me a river - it was her choice to make and she will be collecting bank for 18 years if she finds some rich idiot to get her pregnant.
