Crazy to see a game end on a snap throw. Super rare, but good on Vazquez for the heads up play. Have no idea why it took so long to bring him up (he should’ve been on the roster out of camp, imo). Defensively, he’s very, very good.

Solid opinion considering he was on the roster out of camp. They signed him to a 3 year deal last year. You must be thinking of Sandy Leon.

Yup... C's looked unbelievably good yesterday. Where was that team all year? Maybe that's what the Sox are trying to do... just play so-so all year until the playoffs. Not quite as easy to make the playoffs in the MLB though so it's probably not the best approach.

It was there in spurts but Hayward has been looking like his old self for around a month now and that’s the big difference. Looks like Horford is finally healthy too.

At some point during the 3rd quarter one of the announcers said 'Tatum is really going to have to get it going...'. They were up by 18 or so at that point. He was about the only one who didn't have a great game. Things seemed to turn out fine.
