Anyone know if the VIP seats at WPB are actually higher than the seats behind them? I'm worried the sightlines are bad if those are elevated

Just like the post above, I plan on being in the Hilton pool until about 5pm. Lots of water, high noons and liquid IVs to pregame.

the VIP seats in Sections 1-3 are the same physical seats as any other seat (no higher or lower)--they just allow you access into the VIP lounge and a separate entrance into the venue. There are some new VIP seats in the front of Section 6 that the venue refers to as 'rockstar seats'--they may be more padded but not sure if they are higher in the back. It won't really matter much as everyone will be standing. So just hope you don't get stuck behind a dude who is 6'6"

Thank you. Sadly that one spot vanished but there's so many overpriced resales I'll just float around and settle somewhere nice lol. Saturday on the other hand. Still looking for pit or center lower. Definitely a packed night 1!

Not indoors and very small. I went in as soon as it opened got plenty to eat and drink. After the show started, I missed all of crush if that tells you the wait. Had it in Irvine and it wasn't bear as crowded. This was also n2 of wpb

Lower night 1 single hunting myself. Preferable as center as possible. Those outer section 1 and 3 look like way too extreme to the sides for the price. Thanks all!

They've been off for a month, but I'd hope they consider how the previous shows in May were bumped last minute. I think the sets will be really good--especially Sunday (which ironically shows a lot of open upper pavilion seats)

I'm much more excited for the WPB sets now that we're later in the tour with more debuts out. I think the Gorge sets are going to be wild though just because they didn't get the full shows last year.

I wanted to tailgate but I'll probably just be hanging at the brewery next door both afternoons if it's going to be absurdly hot

I may be late to the game with this, but there are a bunch of rooms still open at the Breakers this weekend. I have to assume that means Dave isn't staying there??? Also, no shot he'd do a cameo at Jack Johnson tonight, right?? Debating whether or not to go tonight.

They don't rent out the entire hotel; it is not a typical busy time for those local hotels in August. They always stay there; crew and band usually out golfing the day before.

Good to know...I was just surprised that it was fully booked several weeks ago and now has several available rooms. We have stayed there once for a Dave weekend.....can't bring myself to do it again!!

Good god, can you imagine what it would cost to rent out the entire Breakers?

I've stayed there as well - this past March - it was glorious. What a resort.

Ended up getting 2 pits from a friend who could not make the rescheduled dates....quite an upgrade from my last row of pavilion for N1.

I think I read back in the threat they no longer stay there. Stay somewhere a little further away.

Edit: wow just looked and rooms are only 790 a night. It was 3x that for the may dates
