Brady is not going to let the crappier younger brother of Fat Forehead beat him in anything. Period.

overall? i think you gotta toss Baltimore in 00 (offensively, anyway) and Tampa Bay in there as well. that'd be a pretty good discussion.

I've got to disagree with that. Frankly, I think this Giants team is much better than the team that appeared in Super Bowl XXXV v. Baltimore

You can't say a team is the one of the worst Super Bowl teams of all team before the game has been played.

They're the WC from the weaker conference without much of a track record.

The only way to change their legacy is to win.

like osi said during the hbo football weekly special, keep picking against us. we've done nothing but prove the world wrong. number 1 and number 2 seeds of the nfc, both picked to go to the superbowl. welllll, not so fast, my friend. the g-men are in it, and they are in it, to win it.

you've got to read his posts very carefully.... he always leaves himself an escape hatch to spin things later....

in this case it was the "from the weaker conference" part. this way he can say that the Steelers being in the AFC validates their run when compared to the Giants...

He played pretty crappily against the Chargers. The Pats won easily. The Chargers are much more talented than the Giants. Obviously, it would help, but Brady doesn't have to be on for the Pats to win.

And the location for the game couldn't play more into the favor of the Pats passing game.

Now I have to figure out how to give 350 reasonable words on why the Giants are going to win. Nobody else on our staff would take them. 350 words is a breeze; I'm just not sure about the reasonable part. Reasonable is not my forte anyway.
