Being from Minneapolis, I hear a lot about Target since they are headquartered here. Just recently it was announced that their sales are increasing after they spent the last 2 years investing several billion dollars into upgrading their stores and their online sales systems to be more nimble. So Target is actually doing really well these days.

That's a fair point. I have to say that it's kind of exciting to see so many progressive politicians with bold ideas. They might be a little too idealistic sometimes, but they want to make actual, meaningful changes and I can respect that.
