you know, its not going to happen. the forum could be made so that instead of posting a new thread it redirects you to the FAQ section first, then pops up a javascript block that says DID YOU READ THE FAQ???, then makes the user sign an online affidavit stating he read the FAQ and that the question wasnt answered, only to have this happen:
