It's an ok version of the song, not the best by any means, just because its bela does not make it automatic gold. Awesome show though for sure!

this version along with 9.14.03 (CP Bonus) and Cville N1 are easily the three best versions and all are phenomenal performances.

This is far and away the best version. It's my favorite song, so I don't dislike any version, I just don't think 11.21.98 is anything over the top.

This is not one of the best tapes from the 98 tour so it's hard to say for sure how good this performance of the song was. Definitely one hell of an encore though.

yeah, his voice was great. it could handle the quietness of the song.

Cville they rock it too hard, like they always do with dark quiet songs

In my opinion this version doesn't come close to Central Park Bonus. Bela is a nice addition, but beyond that this version doesn't offer anything over the others.

I listened to the whole show last night on the big speakers and it really sounds great. I think it's on par with the other Winter 98 tapes. On the computer speakers, it's not as good, but on the surround sound, it sounds live!

I should dig it up. Most of the times I spun this recording were back in like 99 when it was probably on cassette

Easily. This Last Stop is on par with the Central Park Bonus version, and that is the best released version we have. #41 is also a top 5 performance I would say. This show needs to be released. Now.

I can agree with this.

The thing with most Fall 98 shows is they are interchangeable (for lack of a better word) in terms of how good they are. It's hard to say one 98 set is much better than another 98 set. However 11/21/98 can be seperated because of being the only show with Spoon and Last Stop. Then you add in LIOG w/ Bela and the rest of the usual 98 tunes and it's fantastic as well as noteworthy among other 98 shows.
