No, just no. You're grossly oversimplifying the mixing process. They absolutely listen critically to every single track on every single song and adjust accordingly. This definitely takes time. Even more time than getting the tracks loaded in their DAW of choice. Song fades, crowd noise, tweaks as instruments are swapped out, taking out the long breaks between songs, panning down where mistakes occur, etc.

mix the entire show. Mastering is a completely different thing. And it also takes a lot more time than you probably realize.
