I emailed the Mann asking about the lot times. Here is a direct quote:

"The parking lots will be open at 12:00 PM on Friday, June 2nd and 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 3rd.

We look forward to seeing you this weekend!"

Same as leaving from everywhere else. It's easier for me to leave from the back lots, because I don't need to get on 76 to get home. Unless you're disabled, there really isn't that much of a benefit to parking VIP. Maybe you're closer to a shitter or have a better chance of being in the shade.

Like I said, it's a park. They just won't have staff on hand to collect $$$ if you show up earlier. You can show up earlier, park somewhere on the grass and someone will come around after those times to sell you your pass.

If you're referring to The Mann Loop I took it in 2013 and they stop at all the same stops they pick up people at.

so we scored vip tix for saturday night but are roughing it on the lawn friday. don't mind too much since the mann has one of the best lawns i've ever been on. just purchased this picnic basket thing for me and the lady. anyone every do this at the mann before? seems like you just bring your blanket and they hook you up with a basket full of goodies for a reasonable price.

Never been to the Mann before. We have a choice of seats for Saturday, either balcony center or left circle. Neither look great... just happy to be going. Any veterans of the mann with an opinion as to which I should take?

balcony is great at the mann, only negative is sometimes it gets waay too hot as there is no breeze whatsoever, but temperatures are gonna be fine, i'd take balcony.

Thanks for the input. I was leaning away from balcony bc I heard about the issue with heat. Hopefully won't be a problem with this cool spring we've bern having.

Anyone know what time they have been coming on? For those of you who haven't been to the Mann, you're in for a real treat. One of my favorite venues, especially if you're in the pavillion. Sound is amazing.

Grabbed a single in the last row of Orchestra A so heading down solo for this one tomorrow. Hoping the crowds in the first section are at least manageable. Excited to see Dave+Tim as its been since they "opened" for D+F. I may get flamed for this, but I'd actually like to see them break out Belly Full. I love that as a quick little tune of the newer stuff. Over 3 hours there's guaranteed to be some awesome stuff. See y'all tomorrow!

I've drove that way to The Mann a few times and it's an OK stretch of road. Nothing really sketchy. But it's almost a 40 minute walk if you're into that.

I also have a pass which I got through Warehouse. It came with a little ticket stub for some VIP entrance. Does anyone know if this can be used for our entire party or only one person?

Excited for tonight. First time ever D&T show. I also have refused to look at any sets so I could be fully surprised. Closest I'll get to replicating the first time I saw the band in 2006.

Been to the Mann a few times for Phish. Amazing venue.
