Ya. It's in nwi. 10 minutes from three Floyd's.

However it may be worth the drive Tommorow for kbs and other goodies on draught.

If you are able to part with 1 of those DL's and want something from the Northwest, let me know. Would love to try the stuff.

Got to try the vanilla bean on draught and it was phenomenal. Also had black cat. Which was a mix of a bunch of barrel aged beers. It was surprisingly good.

The highlight was the three different hill farmstead I got to try. All were ipa's and were great.

weren't they calling that mix of barrel aged beers Cat Moves? not sure, but I had that as well and I remember it being pretty tasty. Also enjoyed Vanilla bean and had the Bourbon Vanilla DL.....was insanely good. The Cognac De Muerte Dark Lord may have been the best beer I tried yesterday, that beer was crazy insanely delicious. I also had several Hill Farmstead saisons and a couple IPA's....that day was total beer domination.....

Cat moves. Thank you! I have been typing in black cat into untappd yesterday waiting for someone to add it. But it never showed up. Now it all makes sense.

Is there a regular vanilla bean dl? They are all the bourbon barrel aged w vanilla I thought. Anyways. I had the barrel aged one. Which is pretty much the one beer I have always wanted to try. I have a bottle just didn't want to open it yet. It was really good.

I didn't see any special bottles for sale. But didn't really look to hard. It ended up being a relatively cheap day.

We were some of the first people on the place and I walked across the field to the portajons by the stage. It was all mud. I can imagine what it was like at night after people started stepping on it and watching bands all day. It had to be a total mess.

Great event though. By far the best I have been to. Great beer day. Everything I tried was great.

How was parking? I dropped my car off the night before and it seemed like when I got there at 7, there weren't really any spots open.

I had whichever vanilla dark lord they had on tap. I am pretty sure it just said vanilla dark lord though on the sign. But I also had a bottle of the bourbon vanilla for sure. Either way they were both stupid good.

We parked in a parking lot right off of superior. Almost immediately when we turned onto superior we took a left into the lot. Worked out just fine. Was a little further away than we hoped but it worked out.

    3. Either the yield was less or there were more people. Or they used more for variants. Possibly a mixture of the three. 4 was the allotment the 2 previous years, not sure before that. The OG dld was unlimited. It sat around for a couple days.

Pretty interesting read I saw on B-A: http://www.boston.com/lifestyle/food...a_niche_j.html

Also, we got in a case of Mike's Smashed Apple Cider. Not gonna lie, it was pretty good.
