It gets a bit grainy as you zoom in, but this is what I think I see:

So Right / What You Are
Can’t Stop

So Much
Too Much
That Girl Is You
Why I Am
XXX X XXX XXX Jimi
You and Me XX Thing
XXXX XX (maybe this is Grey St also, but he re-thought it and instead moved it down to be near the end of the set?)

Grey St

I know we would all do this ... but I would love to just sit in the room and watch Dave put a setlist together. It would be fantastic.

He would start to write "Do You Remember" and I'd make a weird coughing noise and mumble "Cry Freedom" and he would get annoyed.

I echo this. I didn't have one complaint the entire weekend. Maybe the best organized big time festival event I've been to.

I had VIP to both nights , and I had a blast.

DMBs set was very expected festival set, but the energy of the crowd was great. The band sounded awesome as well than most other recent years ive seen them.

Black Pumas were fantastic, I was looking forward to seeing them, and Dave joining was awesome

I think my other highlight was Houndmouth. Never really listened to them, but at the festival they were super fun. They gained a new follower now.

Thanks for the reminder of this! There was an additional image of the full handwritten setlist on the main website for Pilgrimage, which aligned with the printed setlist that Jeff posted on his IG. Looks like they did call an audible with Warehouse, which wasn't on the handwritten/printed setlists. Maybe they looked at the clock after Grey St, realized they were gonna end significantly early, and pulled out Warehouse to close the gap.

From my recollection at Pilgrimage they hit the stage right at their scheduled time of 6:30pm, and finished Watchtower at like 8:26pm (4 minutes shy of the 8:30pm curfew). Almanac's total song time clocks them at 1 hr 42 minutes (102 minutes). So out of 116 minutes of stage time there was 14 minutes of downtime (about a minute between songs, which feels about right to me).

DMB also had a scheduled 2-hr slot at Railbird Fest (8:45-10:45pm), but the almanac's timing of the tape has them at 2 hrs 4 minutes of song time. If you add 1 minute of downtime between each non-segue song (about 11 minutes) and a traditional encore break which Pilgrimage didn't have (2-3 minutes), you get a total stage time of like 2 hrs 18 minutes. So was Railbird just more lax about their curfew, and DMB ended up playing there until like 11pm? Perhaps since Railbird was at a racetrack, they could worry less about curfew vs. Pilgrimage which butts right up against residential areas. Railbird's set had 3 songs that that were 10+ minutes (Two Step, Jimi, and Crush), and Pilgrimage had no songs over 10 minutes.

Not griping, just interesting that 2 festival bookings - both scheduled for 2 hours each - had a 22 minute difference in song time.

Re: ***Official Pilgrimage Festival 2021 (Franklin, TN)***

Measured it at a 6:33pm walk on stage time at Pilgrimage.

As for the difference and why the Railbird setlist is even longer - here's my guess. It was their first festival in 2021 and they didn't know exactly what'd fit in a 2 hour slot. They wrote it much more conservatively for Pilgrimage after playing Railbird and having to cut songs. And you could maybe guess someone said something to them about a strict 8:30 curfew for sound or something there. Who knows. I did notice in person though that it was shorter than Railbird.

We could have gotten absolutely hosed at the end - no doubt if they had taken an encore break and come back, they'd have thrown a Shake Me in there. Really no other super quick closing song that they use besides that one lately. Glad we got a Watchtower instead.

I did notice they were done quicker than curfew so in my head I was like, "Well f*ck it, play Shake Me anyway!" lol

Pretty sure Pilgrimage has a very strict curfew. The fact that it ends at 8:30 alone tells me they don't want a typical festival atmosphere and are trying to keep it family-friendly.
