Alpine 2011

Not sure why the other thread on this was closed. I think Alpine has the best chance of anywhere in the Midwest. Dave plays 2 shows there every summer, there are multiple campgrounds in the area, you can tailgate at the venue and the Amphitheatre holds 37k people. Plus, if any of you are true festival fans, you know the cops in Chicago would put a major damper on things. I live closer to Chicago than Alpine by alot, but I'm still hoping to be in WI July 8-10.

Anyone make it to 4th of July weekend at Alpine last year?

Yeah, just noticed my thread got closed...gonna be funny when it turns out to be true. If we're going to close all threads about shows that aren't yet confirmed then you need to close all threads about any eventual 2011 shows.
