I probably agree that Delta is the best American airline. I fly Delta a lot. my company will request airlines to match status, but I earned my status on Delta. They're not markedly better than any other American airline.

And let's take it a step further. American airlines (in general, not American Airlines) flat out blow when you compare them to, say, Emirates or Etihad.

Agree with all of this. Especially the last paragraph. When we went to Australia in 2018 we took kind of a roundabout way to get there because it was a lot cheaper and flew Cathay Pacific. Absolutely amazing experience.

I’d rank Delta as my favorite domestic airline, too, probably. Though I have never had any issues with United. Or American, for that matter, but I haven’t flown them much. Since Minneapolis and O’Hare are Delta and United hubs, respectively, and I’m in between those, those are typically the airlines with the best options out of here.

Live in Memphis. Nerves are really bad right now. Whole city feels very nervous. They've done the right thing in firing and indicting them so far. Our hope is that people respond peacefully tonight.

I'm with swordo, I don't understand the need to release it. It's torture porn. We can release a video of a man being "beat like a piñata" for 3 min until he dies but you can't say asshole on TV. We live in a strange society.

The one solace I've taken so far is there's lots of Memphians calling for protest tonight, but they're begging for it to be peaceful. It seems like there's lots planning to go out and ensure the peace is kept. We'll see what happens though.

Very nervous for my city tonight.
