Re: New album to be recorded in Amsterdam?
The main street in Amsterdam is The Damrak. Why is Lillywhite there? Well, rearrange those letters and you get drakma, which is obviously a thinly veiled reference to the drachma, which everyone learned in grade school is the Greek currency.
Greece is currently in what? A financial crisis. So bad news: he's telling us that the studio effort is already in serious trouble. But let's not stop there.
We all know that "financial crisis" is just an anagram for "Circa Fail In Sins". Clearly, Lillywhite is pointing us to a time period (circa) when someone died for their sins.
Who's the most famous person to die for their sins? That's right, the main man, Hay-zeuss. When was that? Oh right, March 33 AD. I don't think I even have to point out what Lillywhite is telling us here. That's 33 1/3 Anno Domini. Come on.
Clearly, the new album will be released on 33 1/3 vinyl, and its title is a simple rearrangement of "Anno Domini".
We have arrived at our conclusion: if they overcome the current studio crisis, LP8 will be released on vinyl and will be titled "I, Damn Onion."
Book it.
