Certain moments from stand out shows absolutely stick out. I dont remember much from my first show as I was a really casual fan at the time but ABI>>Watchtower has always stuck with me, and that was from 2007.

I remember my first in 1998 like it was yesterday, can maybe remember 10% of the others, but remembering the quality of a song from a particular show against hearing that same song 30+ other times...amazing

My first show I remember moments but after that I remember A LOT of the rest of my shows. Heck even this show as soon as I saw this post I remembered the video of the encore. I wasn't even at this show.

And it pored rain after this show

I remember my parents driving us from our hotel in Oxford, AL to Atlanta show day and the guy on the radio station said something like Big Dave Matthews Band show tonight at HIFI buys ampatheatre" (maybe he said Lakewood) but whatever it got us pumped for the show. Also I thought I was really cool to pass the braves stadium as I was more of a baseball fan then dmb at that time.

Then the rain on the drive back was horrid (for my parents) the rain put me to sleep. I just have fond memories of this show

It was HiFi Buys back then

    DMBand.com Road Page Notes
Great show in Atlanta tonight. The rain held off until right after the band finished the set. It is now pouring out there and the people headed out of the venue are probably getting drenched. The band opened the show with Too Much, which has taken on a distinctly different feel this year. They're so "into it" that they came back and closed the encore with the Too Much outro. We're headed further south for a few shows in Florida. See y'all in Tampa on Thursday.

I can barely remember my first show from 03. I remember Ants opening and being excited about that, but I don't remember anything detailed about it or anything.

Oddly, I just pulled up the Two Step from this show the other night to listen to. This particular version, to me, stood out---even after all these years. Butch just kills it and nice improv lyric intro from Dave.

I also just loved the 2004 tour and feel it has been severely under released. Can't wait for this!

I vividly remember many things about my early shows because they were so big and important in my life. My first show changed my life. That's the impact it had. I left not really thinking much could top anything so awesome musically

all 5 of the new songs. count me in. I've not bought a lot of the LTs since about #20 or so, but this is a no- brainer.

Maybe I'm drinking too much at shows. I've been to 14 DMB shows at Lakewood (probably 40+ overall at that venue) and off the top of my head couldn't tell you the difference between 2004 or 2006 or 1999...

Agreed. I find it hard to believe many people remember each and every show over the course of 10+ years. It's impossible. Now, I remember certain moments. Like I remember certain moments from Cville in 2012 and certain phenomenal song performances that stick out because they popped out more than others.

Also, I've been to shows where I haven't drank at all and it makes no difference to me on what I remember. I still remember roughly the same stuff so I drink no matter what now.

This. So much this. I remember quite clearly big chunks of every show I've attended. I'm not saying that I recall every moment but I remember most of moments from my shows.

I'm a huge fan of pre-Tim two steps and I've never heard any 2004 version! Hoping Carter's at his jazziest on this one.
And if the final "home" in DDTW is a good scream and not a falsetto, perfect!

Well your first show wasn't until 2 years after this one. Half of my shows (50 out of 111) were before your first show. I can remember every show since 2010 vividly, maybe a few years earlier. And certainly remember several memorable early shows. But know way I remember every show in the late 90s or early 2000s, which lots of folks can do; more power to them.

Right on. It wasn't a criticism in any way. My fiance can barely remember shows a few weeks after they happen. She can't even recall big moments like Last Stop in Cville last year.

Looks good to me. I like the YEAH Lil' Jon outros. And the Two Step intros PRE Time Bomb (YUCK). Plus it is nice to have more released versions of songs like Joyride, Crazy Easy, etc. instead of the 60th release of Ants or something.

I just need to stop buying T-shirts though. I probably have literally over 100 shirts from the band lol. Does anyone else have this many? I think almost EVERY(!) release since like 2009 I've purchased a shirt if it came in a bundle (and stopped doing it this year because I just have so many....) - - although I did get the DMB 25 release shirt haha. I'm curious how many shirts people here have

99% of the DMB shirts I have are tour shirts from tours I attended, or show/venue specific shirts from shows I attended.
