That last 30 minutes of Raw was great with the Keith Lee vs. Drew McIntyre match and then the angle with Goldberg as the show went off the air. Straight out of NWA on WTBS from 1988 when they'd cut away to the next show.

Not crazy about Goldberg. Never liked him at all. But who else do they have? I guess they're holding off Shamus until WrestleMania? Maybe Shamus helps Drew win and the feud is based around how Shamus doesn't respect Drew as a champ and doesn't think Drew could beat a real star like Goldberg.

I never hated Goldberg but he was never a favorite either. I just don't think he has that aurora that some legends have, for me at least. He's a limited in ring guy, especially at this point and he doesn't do enough to get me excited about him being around. I also never like having guys like him in the title picture. Why can't he just have a high profile match against somebody without the belt on the line? I don't think the title is needed in these types of matches at all

Now that I moved to Texas, I'm excited to spend a lot of money during the Wrestlemania weekend for 2022 in Dallas. I'm hopeful Covid takes a break by then.

If World Class Championship Wrestling was still a thing like circa 1982-1986 then that could be a fantastic weekend for wrestling fans.

I went to my one and only Mania at MetLife 2 years ago and had a blast. NJPW at MSG was fun, too.

Before COVID hit, I was planning on making this year the year for me in LA. Bummer that it's not happening but I tempered my expectations long ago. Doubt they'll want to save Roman/Rock for 2023. Rock will be 51 at that point.

SmackDown has been such a good show. Raw has it's decent moments, but it's more of a catch-the-highlights show anymore.

Roman has been absolutely killing it.

saw that earlier. I have Comcast now and no clue if I can get Peacock programming currently, but if I can that would be great if I can get the PPVs for free because I don't have the network. This will help WWE even more with revenue and new viewers. Even at $4.99 a month, that's half the price of WWE Network.

Yup, $4.99 with ads, and $9.99 (same price as WWE Network now) for premium, plus all the Peacock stuff you get. It's a no brainer.

It's Rumble week! I like the build to it so far and I especially love that WWE has given a couple of Red herrings as to who could win the men's Rumble. I feel like they have done a good job of making Shinsuke, Bryan, and Cesaro all look like threats on Smackdown. I feel like you have the wild card of Edge or any one else that WWE has hidden up their sleeve as well.

I do hope they continue the trend of having an everyday star win the Rumble and not go the part-timer route. That hasn't happened since Triple H won the world title at that match. Someone like Goldberg or Lesnar or Cena or The Rock don't need to win the Rumble in order to have a Mania match. Their name is clout enough.

So I have Comcast/Xfinity for cable. But when I go to "On Demand" I don't see anything for Peacock programming. I have an older Smart TV but don't see an App for Peacock there, either. How do I get Peacock on my TV or do I have to register on my computer?

I think i'm leaning towards Edge winning the Rumble now. I believe they title hop the belt to Orton somehow, and we get that re-match as the main event of Mania. Sucks for Drew and to be quite honest I have no clue what the fuck they do with Goldberg in all of this. I fully expected him to be working Roman on Smackdown.

I wonder if they're keeping the option open of The Rock coming onto Smackdown. Bring Rock in at the Rumble and set up the match for Wrestlemania. I haven't seen anything else though about Rock coming in though.
