Don't get me wrong. I love dogs. I would never want to see a dog suffering. But if I'm just out for a stroll and I see somebody's dog outside there's a fucking 0% chance I'm going to confront them about it. Not my fucking dog, not my fucking problem. I don't know context. How long has it been outside? Maybe, just fucking maybe, there's a reason the dog is outside.
I think, if I were you, I'd be approaching the number of complaints it took for me to stand in front of whomever was complaining and call animal control myself. "Yeah, hey guys, it's rog again. Some uptight cunty PTA neighbor is complaining about my dog again. Y'all can come over and tell me it's no big deal again, I'll order some pizza and we can watch the end of the game here if you want."
