Re: **Official No Camden 2020 Show Complaint Thread**
If there's gonna be something in Philly, it's gotta be a festival right? They usually have non-compete/locality clauses that prevent them from playing the area for a certain time around the festival. That's the only reason I can think of why they'd leave Philly off the map completely. But they aren't playing Firefly, Xpn festival, or Made in America because they're in other places those days.
That's why I'm leaning towards the Birthday show. It's usually the first few weeks of June, the band is open, the venue date isn't booked yet as far as we know, it's in Philly with a station that plays them regularly, there were quite a few rumors for the band being in Camden the 12/13th. My brain is telling me that's what it'll be. The only other music festival type gigs I can think of in that area are XPN, which is ruled out because they'll be in Florida then, OR MAYBE Musikfest in Bethlehem, but that's an INCREDIBLE long shot. It's during the August break, the festival can't shell out that kind of cash, they could sell MAYBE 2,000 tickets max. It's like a 0.00000001% chance.
It's gonna be the birthday bash.
