He is just an older QB that doesn’t want to hold on to the ball for that extra heartbeat to make a play.
Brady had the most 20+ yard completions and yards in the league before his O-line got hurt. The system was working when he had time to throw. Weird how I wasn't hearing people say he needed to retire then.

But it's obvious, now that he's getting pressured too much and/or he's too rattled, that that system is working anymore.

It's on the coaching staff to adjust. No QB is going to be successful with someone pressuring/hitting you almost 50% of your dropbacks. It's moronic to pin this mostly on Brady because "he wanted to QB this type of offense".

I donít think he needs to retire or even washed up. He is a mid tier QB that is 43 years old, TB is a bad spot for him.

But he did want to prove he can still throw it deep, thatís undisputed and why he picked Tampa Bay.

Extra rest isnt bad but clearly helps baltimore way more after they just got the shit beat out of them by the titans, especially on defense.

I dont think its a bad decision, im just far more bothered by why this decision wasnt made yesterday when additional positives came back but did it today without any new?

I’m guessing this has more to do with the number of close contacts? That those people wouldn’t be able to participate Thursday but could Sunday?

For sure, its such a close window where positives might not show up but they could spread it to the steelers, so waiting 3 more days makes things much less risky.

Like I said I just dont get why they didnt decide this yesterday.

Players hate Thursday games...not to mention it's Thanksgiving. I'm willing to bet both teams are happy.

They're not. The Steelers players themselves are pretty annoyed.

Steelers already lost their bye week due to the Titans. They were gonna have off until Wednesday after the game to make up for it after the game, now thats gone too.

Lots of young guys excited to play on the holiday at home too.
