MusicToday Issues (Big Surprise, huh?)
I just received the following email.....

Thank you for purchasing DMB's latest release, Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. It has come to our attention that you were incorrectly shipped the Regular CD version instead of the Deluxe CD/DVD version of Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. We wanted to first apologize for that error, and also inform you that we will be shipping the Deluxe version out to you in the next few days. Additionally, you may keep the Regular CD we originally sent at no cost to you. Please, let us know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your order.

I'm extremely frustrated with Musictoday. First, I upgraded my shipping to Standard Expedited yet I received the album just yesterday. They sent it via UPS Ground (on what planet does that count as anything but standard shipping?). Secondly, they sent me the wrong CD! I didnt realize it until AFTER I opened the CD I received, which is lame since now I'm stuck with two of the exact same CDs. And this is a company that runs the exclusive music distribution for one of the biggest jam bands of our time?
Did this happen to anybody else or am I just unlucky?
