I don't have to spoiler tag this since I have no special knowledge at all, it's just conjecture based on what I'm seeing here that everyone else is as well... but it sure looks like they're implying Billy (redhead's dickhead big brother) may be getting transformed into... something? Maybe even that new nasty looking monster at the very end of the clip? I mean he looks to have some kind of Venom-symbiote sort of thing maybe going on in the shower a few shots before that.

At 2:16 Steve looks roughed up and is injected with a solution from a large needle. I'm not implying he's the symbiote but something is going on

well also we may already be at/near a point where there's just not really enough time, either. I mean the Duffer Bros were open about that for awhile, they had the basic framework of their entire story to go for like 4-5 seasons, tops. So my best guess would be 5 seasons (tho each episode count still seems a little in flux).

They wanted to open it up a good bit wider than just Hawkins and I can't imagine we saw the last of that storyline, other #s being out there (as much as plenty of fans didn't really dig that s2 episode)

also I meant to say after a couple more views of this thing, man not only does Ethan Hawke's & Uma Thurman's daughter look quite a bit like her mother (well as children are wont to do ) but daaaaaaaamn I feel like she even SOUNDS more than a little like Uma, just from those couple lines of dialog.
