Some people got the Big Apple Bonus Disk. I don't know if there were others.

I hate Music Today so much. I will not buy direct from them ever again. I don't care what they have, I'll buy it at a show or not at all. They didn't send me a bonus disc, didn't ship in time, cancelled part of my order, and didn't refund me correctly.

    Re: DMB Merchandise Discussion

i frequently check the official store for new products, and i have ordered quite a few items since i became a DMB fan back in 2011.

now, i live in Norway, so from time to time, packages from the US may take a while to arrive. when i ordered the 2013 calendar, it felt like ages, so i wrote Music Today a mail asking how long i was supposed to wait (two months after the package was sent). They immediatly sent me a new one with international priority mail. When i suddenly received my original package some time after that, i sent a new mail asking if i should send the first one in return, they told me to just keep both.

also, when i received the wrong button (i had ordered the #41 button, but received the Firedancer button), they immediately sent me the correct button in a separate order (even though i said they could add it in a future order).

    excellent service throughout!

lots of great products too from the world's best live band!

So they treat their international customers better than their US ones apparently.
I live like 330 miles from Charlottesville and it took them forever to ship to me.

Just found this in the innerworkings of the WH website, this wasn't available at the D&T show in NoLa, so perhaps for a future show, or a new D&T release?

You think this is the reason D&T don't play as many shows as they used to? I would love to see them but they barely tour anymore!

    Older women.

My husband bought me a NOLA bead in NOLA. I really didn't get why, didn't have any desire for one, but after checking it out, it's sorta neat.....

To each their own. There's something for everyone.

Yup, I think this is exactly why. Also the huge success of the band and wide spread tour im sure also contributes to the reasons why they don't tour as much as D&T.

I typically only buy the Live Trax releases or anything that will come with a bonus disc. At least the bonus discs have some resale value to them.
