I will never understand why people have to make random gestures and such to speak to the management style in their head as if it's absolution. This, and I guess if a person is literally in the middle of running an errand, how does this have any bearing on the other person? It doesn't make any sense to me. Saying hello or a smile is always appreciated even if it means I am annoying. However, resorting to gestures where I have to interpret your disruptive management style makes no sense to me. Perhaps you should work on actual verbalization versus canned facial expressions. Yes or no? If I want to speak to someone, I literally say hello or smile. I don't resort to some random gesture. It makes no sense to me. My mind doesn't work this way.
