Weird tour stats

53 shows and I have some doozies.

I saw both of the major I Did It liberations, first at Gorge 2010 and Deer Creek 2015. Both times there was some sort of flub with Boyd's verse.

It's the only song I've seen liberated twice, but I've also seen liberations of If I Had It All, Sleep To Dream Her, and Fool To Think. (Plus a Space Between in 04 that was on the verge of being a liberation.)

I've seen the song debuts of Idea of You, The Only Thing, the full band debut of Eh Hee and the DMB show-setting debut of Stay or Leave.

Saw the 12 year Water/Wine liberation in 2008. They left it back on the shelf for 22 shows and the next show I saw that summer was the next time they played it, this time for the first time ever sans-Recently. Then saw it get liberated again in 2019, its first appearance since 2015.

I have seen Long Black Veil live 4 times. The first two, were a month and a half apart, and in between I saw another band cover it. The third came a year later. Of the 4, each had different personnel on stage.

I saw Seek Up at each of my first 3 shows, as well as 4 of my first 7.
Since, I've seen it once in 30 SHOWS, and I've currently gone 20 shows without seeing it.

I've seen OSW 16 times but never after the 6th slot in the set.

15 shows and I still haven’t gotten The Stone. But I’ve seen Halloween 3 times.

19 shows and I’ve had 18 different openers. The only repeat was DYR in back to back shows in 2018.

I saw Be Yourself four times in 2015 including its debut. In addition, it took me 7 shows to get my first Grey St (including all four shows I got Be Yourself at).

I’ve seen the only Dave solo intro for Belly Belly Nice (Raleigh 2014).

I just figured it would be played more but it’s certainly become rare it seems.

Seems easier to get at D&T than DMB but that can be said for a lot of songs.

Seen Dave and Tim 11 times. Only got IBYU once at SPAC during one of the summers with the two sets

I just looked and twice they have played IBYU either the show before or after.

2014 was probably my chance ... we always go to Deer Creek but skipped that year because my wife was 7 months pregnant ... and they played it there

66 shows - I'm sure I have other weird tour stats but the one I know of without double checking on Almanac is that I've seen Kill the King get liberated twice, N3 in Atlantic City 2011 Caravan and 2018 in Columbus.

Saw Shotgun at my first show (Deer Creek 2007 N1) but have not seen it since.

Have seen two unreleased songs open a show less than a year after their first performance (Bismarck in 2016 and Madman’s Eyes this year)

Have heard Halloween more times (4) than Where Are You Going, Typical Situation, Recently, and The Space Between, and the same number of times as Crash Into Me.

Nothing super weird but that’s the best I could come up with.
