Dave Matthews On World Café July 17th
Dave Matthews will be a guest on World Café on Tuesday, July 17th. Tune in to hear performances from DMB’s summer tour and Dave Matthews’ take on the new studio album, Come Tomorrow.

World Cafe can be heard on over 200 radio stations nationwide. Check local program schedules for the World Cafe broadcast time near you.

To listen live online, fans can hear the WXPN Philadelphia stream at 2pm ET [Throwback Thursdays: 8pm ET] at XPN.org by choosing WXPN from the ‘Listen Live’ drop-down at the top of the page.

Dave Matthews’ segment will be archived for on-demand streaming at WorldCafe.NPR.org at approximately 5pm ET on July 17th.

The amount of soundboard quality live shows we're getting to hear and see this year is awesome. I know they're promoting the new album.... but the fact I get to hear SPAC N1 on Sirius and then watch N2 on Youtube is the tits

Yep. I hope record audio of both. The Sirius stream was perfect last Friday, and let’s hope they figured out the YouTube stream issues for sat.

is this the type of thing we'll be able to watch again after? Someone posted elsewhere that we were probably only able to play back Camden because it was an album promotion. Gonna be on the lawn for the N2 show so it'd be really nice watch the show again. Someones gotta be ripping it right?

If they air it live on YT, it’ll stay up until they delete it. Highly doubt they’d delete it. Only circumstance I can think of would be if it gets chosen for a Live Trax etc or if a song they play is a debut that is appearing on a future album (see: Stephen Colbert Samurai Cop video was deleted when CT track list was released)

Doubt it. Not being advertised as an album seller, and the Sirius live stream so far was better than average for this tour.

Anyone else think it's weird that both of these were announced the same day as LT45? I mean, if I worked at NPR, I'd be pissed! The World Cafe thing sounds pretty cool, don't get me wrong, but it's totally eclipsed by the SPAC live stream announcement and the band's first live release in 8 months!

You’ll be good either night tbh. No doubt they’ll play at least 3-4 at either show. They’re both being live-streamed, but neither is promotional for the album, so I doubt that’d impact the setlist. What songs are you hoping to hear?

Yeah you can’t go wrong, 5 seems normal for any given show. I’d say if you want one of the less frequently played new songs (Virginia, Here On Out, Black & Blue Bird) then N2 might be the safer bet, but that hasn’t always been true

I doubt he’ll take the last livestream’s set into account, but there’s always a chance, so you may not get Come On but you could get B&BB and Virginia.
