Jamming in the Gorge Camping [Premier]

So, my friends and I - all high school seniors - will be staying over at the Gorge Camping premier lots. Turns out, we're all musicians. There are about eight of us, plus siblings, who are itching to play music while not listening to the bands play music; i.e. Thursday, Friday morning and night, and whatever free time...

We will all be bringing our instruments, and between us, we have 4+ guitarists / male vocalists, one multi-talented musician who plays piano/bass/guitar/drums proficiently, a fiddle and vocalist, and me (I provide male vocals, and a tenor and soprano sax [and a Digi-Horn for a C and Eb sax]). And, as you can assume, we're big fans of bands in the Caravan, and more. I'd expect to play loads of DMB, The Head and the Heart, Dispatch, Flecktones, Bright Eyes, Radiohead, Mumford & Sons, Modest Mouse, blink-182, John Butler, and whatever else we please.

I guess, this post is an invitation for every other premier campers out there who'd like to gravitate to our sound and play. I'm sure everyone else would welcome guests!
I'm also posting to find out who WOULD be interested to play, and what you could bring to the sound.

I'm hoping this will be a fun experience, covering songs the best we can, creating music as soulfully as we can, and enjoying ourselves in and out of the crowd.

So, without further ado -- Who thinks this will be neat to do?

Haha! How far of a walk is it from premier??? There'll be plenty of time for viewing both, right?

ask jesse. hes walked it before, but its a far enough walk that you may think twice about doing it haha

high school seniors eh? Keep on rockin buddy and keep your drinks in cups, well out of sight of the regular security/police patrols.

also, come visit me. I'll be the guy with the Boise State flag and the big fucking projection screen.

it's a good mile or so, but if you're drunk enough, it goes by without issue.

A mile isn't too bad considering we just trekked 5 miles roundtrip from our hotel in cville to the venue. I could handle a walk to WH, but let's wait to see just how ambitious I am feeling once there.

I can play. Much older than a HS senior but I'll jam with anyone if it's fun.

Also will have DMB DVDs (Re: that big projector screen)....would be fun to throw on last years shows....
