So I always go with a buddy on opening night to these and sometimes will see in theaters again with my wife.

Had to tell her about that scene when I got home since I knew she would probably wait to see this one when it came out on Blu-Ray...even she was like....oooohhh

I enjoyed it. Better than the first but not top 10 MCU. It's pretty funny. Most of the humor landed in my theater. Then again Paul Rudd is just so damn likable.

I think a lot of the movie obviously opens up how they'll address A4 or at the very least gives an excuse as to why Scott wasn't involved. I think all the quantum stuff will play heavily A4.

That mid-credit scene though...my whole theater lost it. But the end credit scene, albeit kinda dumb, was super spooky and made Infinity Wars so much more real.

I liked it a lot, but not as much as the first. I liked that that the antagonist wasn't looking to conquer the world or anything.

Look, I know we are talking about fantasy movies, but when the lab is regular size, where does it get its power from?

Uhhhh, why? He had a funny role in a really good movie that he probably got paid a shitload for. Make. That. Money.

Probably after Ant-Man publicity dies down and Infinity Wars home release has time to run its course. I'd guess sometime in September/October.

    Yea not surprising at all.

Ant-Man and the Wasp was fantastic. The end credit scene was predictable but still huge

At this point I'd expect a Marvel property to last 2 weeks minimum on top the box office throne. Yes, Ant-Man is the weakest character in the MCU now that Thor has stepped up his game, but to lose out to the third Hotel fucking Transylvania?! C'mon. Ant-Man should have held strong until next weekend (Equalizer 2) or the 27th (Mission:Impossible).

    It is all about scheduling.

Disney was well aware they would lose the second week to hotel Transylvania.

Spider-Man homecoming did not even repeat as #1 last year after a $114million debut.

It really is not a big deal at all and what matters is summer legs.

Hotel Transylvania is huge with kids though. I remember my wife and I went to see it on Halloween a few years ago and it was so packed with families that we got our money back. (I'm not a fan of kids to be around that many).

Now to get full rights for Spidey, Hulk, and Namor. That probably won’t happen for a long time, but maybe if Comcast wants to buy the regional Fox sports channels Disney will get Hulk/Namor and theme park rights included.

Theme park east of Mississippi seems like something Universal will never relinquish just to be dicks.

But who knows they did give back Oswald the rabbit?

They didn’t give Oswald back, he was traded for Al Michaels (who went from MNF to SNF).

Universal will never willingly give it up, but if it’s part of a deal to get those regional sports networks they reportedly want? I could see it happening.

Also, according to nerds on Reddit, Disney got Dragon Ball too. Maybe they’ll make a good movie. Maybe they’ll make a “not the worst movie ever, a movie so bad they got the title of the property wrong” movie.

No one was probably looking for them. Back when he tweeted that stuff twitter wasn’t national news. He’s made a lot of people on the far right mad with his anti-Trump tweets, and so they found some ammo to get him fired. Such is life.

I wonder if the genesis for this was the All Star game and Hader. Celebs/athletes would be better off deleting their old accounts and making a new one when they hit it big.

if you actually look at the Gunn (incredibly old) stuff in full context, this is a lame, bullshit move. I've just lost so much respect for Marvel, I can't believe they succumbed to right wing trolls this easily (the same conservative party that was still happily providing Roy Moore with campaign financing after his ACTUAL pedophiliac behavior came out (not simply making jokes about the topic, however less than witty they may have really been)

    wait.

Democrats like pedos? Is that what you mean?

Or do you mean, "Since I'm liberal I'm blaming this on conservatives!"

b/c - just so we're clear - you can't joke about pedo stuff and nazi's. like ever.
