Listening to MJ all day today. What a terrible loss. His music is completely timeless. Billie Jean will be played and danced to for all of time.

This is cool. The living with Michael Jackson interview the way it should have been seen and not how the original guy made it seem

I notice no one ever gives Bad or Dangerous props. I think those albums have gems that are right up there with songs from Thriller.

and History is just an awesome album to groove to.

This was probably discussed, but I am a bit disgusted with the media regarding MJ. For the last 10 years, all we could do is ridicule him and make him into some sort of sideshow. But now, after he is dead, everyone wants to play nice and be his friend. I just don't get it. Couldn't we have played nice while he was still alive? I just hope 10 years from now we talk about his music and not this celeb gossip BS.

People don't realize that the media really is out to ruin peoples lifes. It doesn't matter what you have done in the world and all the good you did, if there is something that is negative about your life they will amplify it so bad and it really takes a toll on the people its against. They are thinking Jacksons death is a mix of prescription druge dealing with stress and anxiety and pain and really its a result of all the crap and bullshit people have givin him his entire life and its a tragic thing.

he was kind of asking for it, eh? what did he expect, going from a decent looking black man to a hideous looking white women...plus the other allegations (which hopefully the truth will come out now that he's dead).

Yeah, don't let a little thing like child molestation get in the way of celebrating someone's life.

Haha, I used to watch that movie over and over when i was like 6, and just thought of the music video today. I never fast forwarded past it(haha, remember having to fast forward and rewind?). My first vivid memory of MJ was from his performance during the superbowl halftime show at the Rose Bowl.

The best thing to come out of his death is everyone putting the man in context, and remembering how much we as a world loved him and why we did.

BTW before yesterday there wasn't a single Michael Jackson album in the top 100 sellers on Amazon. Earlier today every album in the top 20 was one of his, and he still holds the top 16 spots right now. Pretty insane...

I'm also curious to see if an album or two of his makes it into the Billboard 200 next week. I think it's pretty much guaranteed Thriller will retake the title of top selling album of all time in the US now...

Same thing with me. What does Ebay charge for a 150 grand buy it now item?? I know they let you relist it once for free but they charge more for the but it now option. That person is off their rocker to try and get that much for that. Don't they see all the others selling for 60 or so?

My brother held a big party in his backyard with his giant screen and projector and we played Rockband and Guitar Hero. In honor, we did Beat It (I did vocals) and Smooth Criminal (but only had the AAF version)

I keep watching the coverage, and I just keep feeling worse. And I do find it amazing all of the media is reporting on the story, the same media that enjoyed destroying him for so long. He did a lot to himself, some paparazzi got a picture of him going into the ambulence and the kids in the car. It is all sad, and I do feel horrible for the kids that will grow up without a father that loved them more than anything.

This might have been posted in the past 6 pages, I haven't read any of it. But has anyone else seen this State Farm commercial that's been on air for about a month now? Great version of "I'll Be There" starts it off, with just Michael's voice. Good commercial too.
