I managed to find episode 6, but not 7. Could you provide me with a link?

I got through and watched the first 10 minutes of the episode before it crashed again. I'm sure I can probably check it out now, but I'm thinking about holding off until Sunday. I don't know if I can go two weeks without a new episode.

Re: A Game of Thrones (HBO Series)

Just started watching yesterday - on episode 3, fantastic show

Regarding sdkelso's whole "it annoys me when people are 'fans' of the show but haven't read the books thing" - right... I've read a handful of medieval fantasy series (Wheel of Time, etc), I just never happened to come across A Song of Ice and Fire. The genre is too saturated with these series to distinguish the good from the bad sometimes. But now that I've heard of it and read up about it, I'll probably read them. There's always got to be a, "Hmmmph, you know the books are better right?" person. Of course they're better. When is the book not better?

While they're obviously leaving out a lot of the intricate detail that's in the book, I'm really impressed by this show, especially episodes 6 and 7. They're hitting all the main points and hitting them very well. They're also adding enough scenes that aren't in the book so that the necessary backstory gets out. If you think it's been good so far, just wait. Lots of excited and unexpected things to come, I promise.

Well said. I was also impressed by the new scenes they added to help with the backstory. They've done a great job of staying true to the actually story, and the casting, IMO, has been phenomenal.

I look forward to the convos we'll be having in this thread in the next couple weeks . Shit's gettin' real.

Just watched the first episode of this show. Intense as shit. I don't think I can get into it, despite the non-stop boob-age. The brother-sister incest and killing of anyone and anything at any time is a bit much for me to stick with.

Seems very well written though, and I am intrigued by those "White Walkers".

I'm so emotionally invested in Stark it's unreal.

    Things are getting intense.

Also, Prince Joffrey needs to be beaten to death. I hate that kid.

Also, what is happening to Jon Snow at Night's Watch is getting me emotionally bothered/angry haha.

edit> Also, I really like this show.
