Weird tour stats

I saw SUAD return in Camden 2007... as the only non-employee who happened to be in the pavilion during soundcheck. They were just starting, and BAM - literally, Dave Matthews Band is playing SUAD for the first time in years and years to, well, me.

That was a cool moment... not quite a stat I guess.

I saw the last Last Stop that was played. I've seen Cry Freedom 3 or 4 times more than I've seen Belly Belly Nice. Took 29 shows to hear WWYS live

So I have a pretty funny case of DDTW following me around. Even in cases of shows that I had either planned to go to or considered going to and didn't. So in my 9 full band shows, I've gotten DDTW 6 times. Of the three shows I didn't get it, two were part of a two-night stand with no repeats, and the third was Tampa this year when it was setlisted but not played.

I had tickets for the Hershey show in 2006, but had to sell them because of financial issues, DDTW was played. I was living in Birmingham in 2009 when they came to Pelham, tried to get tickets after it was sold out but had no luck, DDTW opened. And then for every other show/weekend I considered going to this year before settling on Mansfield and Tampa (Alpine weekend, WPB weekend, Deer Creek weekend, Alabama, Charlotte, VA Beach, Bristow), DDTW was played. It's almost uncanny how this song follows me around.

Did not get PNP > Rapunzel until my 8th show, then saw it at 4 straight shows. It took me 10 shows to see So Much To Say > Anyone Seen the Bridge.

ive seen say goodbye, shotgun, the maker, you never know, digging a ditch each played 4 times

my fourth show i saw falling off the roof that was playing only that night ever

Red Rocks Night 4 was my first show
Las Vegas 2007 were my 3rd and 4th shows
Piedmont Park was my 7th show
Mile High Music Fest 08 was my 14th show
Alpine Night 1 08 was my 15th show
Wrigley Field were shows 29 & 30.

Damn, that's impressive.

24 shows, and I've heard spoon and dreaming tree twice. I gotta look later for more, I think I've got some weird ones.

edit: only 1 show (15th, Gorge 2012 n2) out of 24 so far have not had a personal debut. I get spoon, halloween, or stone at half of my shows.

Same here - I'm 11/11 with new openers:
Stone, OSW, Everyday, FTWII (1st time played as opener), SMLAM (1st time played as opener), BEF, Squirm, Proudest Monkey, Eh Hee (First time as played opener), DDTW, BOWA

-Two Step was the first song I heard live.
-I'm one of the few lucky people who have heard Let You Down and Falling Off The Roof live.
-It took me 59 shows to finally get Spoon.
- I've seen Jimi Thing at half of my shows (30/60) big surprise.....
- Saw the Blue Water in 2009 in Nashville that was the closest we've got to a full version since the 90s.

After 24 shows I saw 135 different songs, 16 different songs open and 39 different songs in the encore. Not sure if this actually impressive to other ants, but I'm pretty impressed.

Also I saw ants and grey st. at 50% of my shows

Ok, I am at over 40 shows at this point....

Lets see. My first opener was When the World Ends.

My first show was my only one with the lovey ladies.

I have heard Captain Open.

I heard the first live Gravedigger ever.

I heard Spoon live twice in one year (2003).

At SPAC I heard BOWA->Billies as an encore back-to-back years.

It took me over 20 shows to hear #41. I have since heard it at pretty much every show except two night stands.

The only time I heard The Maker live a woman passed out and fell on top of me....I missed the entire song because I was trying to make sure she was not dead lol....it was heat related.

My first Two Step was Two Step in the rain/hail/thunder-lightning 6/11/01. Nothing has ever topped that moment for me.

My brother has completed an album (aftw) in 10 shows. We've attended many of the same shows but not all...I haven't completed an album in 12 shows

my only repeats as openers within 17 shows were: JTR, Don't Drink the Water, and Big Eyed Fish. Pretty damn good list

I've seen all the "number songs" expect for #36, but I started going to shows in '05 and everyday has taken the spot of #36

Took me 16 shows to get one of my favorites, Best of Whats Around (and my first captain)

Also, I've seen a song that i've never seen live at all 17 of my shows, which incredibly included 2 music festivals (hullabaloo-Funny How Time Slips Away, and Live At March Madness this spring- AFTW songs)

I've seen halloween 4 times since 2008, including the comeback at riverbend with the Everyday (fake)-> Halloween -> Water/ Wine Jam

Two Step, All Along the Watchtower, Tripping Billies, and sure enough Halloween lead in my "Songs heard as an encore" category

and finally 8/5/08 was the first ever DMB show to contain 2 song fakes:
Everyday (fake)->Halloween
and Too Much (fake) -> Tripping Billies
