There's a tape out there of this show that sounds amazing already. But can't complain as it's probably my favorite set/show from that tour.

Considering what it was (apparently) supposed to be, this is lame. I already have an incredibly similar DMBLive release from D+T. Pass.

Looks good. Love me a Wild Horses cover.

Would have preferred it to be the next night, but there's already a really good tape of that show.

The DMBLive release of 3.3.99 is fairly similar and features 2/3 of those. Not thrilled for this release, but it's obviously a solid show. I'll keep my money tho.

    Awesome!!

The mix on this will probably sound light years better than the DMBlive '99 D&T, as this was almost certainly multi-tracked and will offer way more flexibility in mixing.

Show looks great. Makes sense for them to do a D&T. Rumored release would have been great as well. Look forward to that potentially in the future. Can never have too much Dave and TIm 99 though. Here's to hoping this tour looks similar to that one.

    Re: Live Trax Volume 41 D&T 3/13/99

We previously got 3/3/99 released as a DMBLive, and many of the songs on that release are on this release.

That being said, many songs on this release weren’t on that release. So I’m looking forward to Beauty of Wynona, Help Myself and Granny. It’s a solid show from to to bottom, so I’ll be buying this one.

Going from 7.27.04 (if that was what we truly were getting at one time) to this is a slap in the face. I'm not buying. And I have always bought every full band LT offering.

    Re: Live Trax Volume 41 D&T 3/13/99

Wow, surprised they picked this, since like others have said, there's already an amazing tape of this show. On the other hand, not surprised they picked this because many of us have lobbied as this being the best Dave and Tim show. A couple of months ago, I said I wanted this to be the next Dave and Tim show released, but people shot it down in regards to how great the tape was.

    Definitely buying this one.

Assuming this was one show, and they "changed" it to another (really good) D&T show = slap in the face?

You dont know for sure it was changed, and even if it was, do you think this is the first time that happened?

lmao come on. This is a good show, dont get your panties in a bunch.

I really have no interest or need for any D&T show. If you felt similarly in some other way, wouldn't you do the same?

Do the same? Call it a "slap in the face"?

    No, not at all.

Youre fine to not like/buy this LT, but youre acting like its a personal insult to you

You really get off being sanctimonious, don't you? You wouldn't feel heavily pissed off from heavily thinking we were getting 12.03.98 to a summer '05 show? Because that's how I feel.

Weird. This has always been a favorite D+T show of mine, but the tape that exists for this show already sounds freakin' amazing. Don't really see the need to buy this when that tape already exists.

One of the best tapes out there, period.
