This band's management rarely hits a home run with Live Trax decisions, and even when they do, they usually trip rounding third.

I bought the album as .mp3s and I'm listening to it on decent headphones and my feeling is the sound quality is perfectly fine, just not noteworthy. You're not going to use this disc to demonstrate how good your stereo is, but it sounds much better than the typical audience recording from that era and if you're listening to it passively, you'll have no complaints. (Although Roi is quite prominent in the mix - at least with the audio settings I use- which might be a justification for some people to buy this LiveTrax, or a warning that the mix will not sound "natural" to all ears until you adjust the sound)
I feel the same about the performance: nothing is performed badly, but I have many versions of every song on this album that I prefer. Nothing from this album is going to be added to one of my playlists.
Butttt.....
We've already had more than 50 LiveTrax and about the same number of dmblives and other official live releases.
I agree with everyone that has said that if the band is releasing an old show, at this point they should be releasing a show that makes people excited.
There were so many shows that autumn with amazing guests--release more of those!
There are some shows from that tour for which no audience recordings exist -give us one of those!
There were shows with a lot more songs that haven't already appeared on a live album from 1998 -- give us one of those!
They've never released a show from the earlier tours in 1998 -- give us one of those!
It frustrates me that instead of getting one of those 4 options we get a show that is "good/fine." (Unless the rumours of their archive not having many shows from 1998 in release-quality recordings are true)
