So how's the lawn here? Pics online lead me to think that it's got a nice slope, and sightlines to the stage look pretty good from just about anywhere (no real obtrusive pavilion columns or anything). Thinking of doing one night pavilion, one night lawn.

Best lawn for a venue they play, IMO. I do it routinely and always have a blast. Get in the middle near the front and it's LOUD. No obstructions, incredible sunsets and vibes. Nice breeze. It's a top notch lawn.

Sucks they aren't doing more FL shows. Orange Beach is basically FL, I mean I feel like they should rotate OB/Pensacola every year. But no Jax is a shame.

Is Orange Beach a decent venue? Just moved to the Panhandle and thought about checking that show out.

WPB and Deer Creek have the best lawns I have ever been on.

Fiddlers in Denver and Holmdel are the worst.

Pretty damn good. Clear sightlines as someone else said. It is hot and could storm on you in the lawn. But it is what it is.

I saw DMB there in 2015 and 2018, so I'll be going to that as well. It's fun because The Wharf is a really cool mini district on the intracoastal waterway. Restaurants and bars within literal steps of the venue entrance... that close. Had great seafood and walked over to the show. They have an open container law there (like Savannah for me) so you can walk around with beer before the show. In 2015, the tailgating scene was pretty lively. In 2018, I ate at the restaurant with a ton of DMB folks.

The shows are solid. The venue has bleacher seats so I wouldn't necessarily do those, but the pit is good and roomy... big GA floor. It's got a nice constant breeze and a good sunset. So I'd give the venue an A for a smaller tier venue and I am looking forward to my third DMB show there.

Making our first trip down to WPB. Any recommendations for hotels both near the venue, as well as beachside? Did some back reading in the 2022 and the Pioneer Inn, Hilton, WPB Marriott, and Fairfield Inn popped up. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I'm big on being able to walk back to a hotel after the show. So my buddy and I stayed at Pioneer Inn last year after the shows, my wife and her sister stayed at Fairfield Inn on Fort Worth Beach. We got together during the day

Got my 2 day lawn pass charges. Got some of the hotel paid on.

Now to bite the bullet on airfare. I’m n planning on flying in on Thursday and flying out Monday. Although that fly out might be pushed to Tuesday

Requested lowers both nights. Got "reserved" for Friday, lawn for Saturday...

I guess I should be happy I didn't get denied one of the days this year...

Hilton West Palm Beach is definitely the best hotel. Its pricey but the pool during the day is like a resort and tons of DMB people there.

Excited for my first trip to WBP! Going with my family + my best friend & his family, so we're renting an AirBnB and staying a week for some beach time, etc. What are some fun family-friendly activities in/around the area (WPB/Boca/Pompano) that we could check out? Our kids' ages are 2-9. Thanks in advance!

Can second this. Went there last year. Nice pool vibe. Rooms are a bit on the older side but still a good time

calendrer flipped and i instantly woke up ready to head to west palm beach... Today I extended my stay a day with the air lines and hotel.... then checked the wharehouse ticket ship schedule... finally i booked a couples massage.

im looking for a boat charter tour place now.... you know just a 2 or 3 hour boat ride type of situation.... anyone got any recommendations on a place?
