I'm in 129, row 14...seems decent enough for me. Personally I was surprised that there was any field level tickets available besides all the way behind the plate being a NYC show and night 2.

    Re: ***official citi field thread***

Quick question, if anyone can help. I had 2 tickets purchased for the friday show, and instead of waiting to get to the comfirmation page, I clicked on the saturday show, to see if I can do both at one time. It cleared me out of the original day, before it was confirmed.
So I ordered tickets for the saturday show, and then went back and ordered tickets to the friday again. My account is now showing the purchase of 3 sets of tickets.
Am I going to be charged for all 3 sets of tickets, or was ticketmaster just holding the amount of money, because I attempted 3 different times? Any help is appreciated. Not really a big deal, I transferred some more money over to my card, but I would like to know if I have to get rid of a set of tickets haha

Yeah, you probably got three sets. 507tixx (not ticketmaster) lets you keep multiple sets (from either show) in your cart while you shop. You have to remove any unwanted sets yourself before checking out.

Just got my email confirmation; took about an hour.

I got confirmed for Grandstand for both nights at ShittyField from the Warehouse, so God only knows what seat horrors I'll be dealing with in a couple months...

That said, stadium shows are usually incredibly easy to score lowers for if you don't care about the field, so I'm not that worried about it.

Also, is anyone interested in setting up a Phillies tailgate before N2? I'm planning on driving in both nights and think that would a ton of fun up there...

Mets fans are a bunch of poons. I've been to two games at the new stadium (both Phillies victories) and barely had a word said to me. Then again, what can Mets fans even say to us at this point? "Haha, you lost the World Series last year to our cross city rivals a year after winning it all! Losers!"

Not to mention the fact that it's hilarious that the Mets continue to talk shit every year with no way to back it up. First Beltran ripping off Rollins in '08 about the Mets being the "team to beat" (how'd that work out?) and now Johan saying he's better than Halladay. Please.

No problems -- just a group of us who like a good baseball team wanting to band together in enemy territory. What's wrong with that?

I'm not starting baseball talk with you but you cannot argue that halladay and Santana are on the same elite level and Santana is left handed. Why don't you go to the shows at citizens pank park, oh wait they aren't playing there my bad

lol, i had to deal with you damn people for 4 years when i was at villanova, all while being a die hard mets fan. i'd be lying if i said there weren't times at vets stadium shows where i had some fun with phillies fans. but victorino still sucks.

    Look at the stats:

    http://www.baseball-reference.com/pl...antajo02.shtml

    http://www.baseball-reference.com/pl...allaro01.shtml

Satana's two years younger, has more career strike outs, a better ERA, a better WHIP, 2 cy youngs to 1, a better win percentage.... not really that far off. Just because he got hurt last year and is being vastly underated in both fantasy baseball and from the "professionals" that critique the game doesn't mean that Halladay is that much of a better pitcher. I would say they are equal at this point, but Santana was the best pitcher in baseball for a time. Halladay has never been the best. One of, but not the best.

HAHAHAHA I love how this DMB Citi Field Forum has become a Philly bashing blog! Just shows how ingorant and stupid Philly fans are...(Eagle, Flyer fans too -dont want to forget about them)..they are good for 2 seasons and now they think they are the beast of baseball (and act like they invented the wheel). You guys werent talking too much trash back when Schilling was pitching for you..and every season you were in the cellar... not too mention.. Jimmy Rollins was the first to talk shit.. then Cole Hamels stupidly came on NY radio and talked shit about them Mets as well...ahhh all Philly fans are the same!

i agree with all the above anti-philly comments, and although i certainly will not be attending any "philly tailgate" i guess i will be mature enough to accept that there will be some anti-mets in the stadium. Also, i am almost positive that i will enjoy this show a lot more than anything i've ever seen at camden in their next of the woods
